Construct HR awarded the Matrix Standard
Construct HR have been awarded a prestigious company standard for offering “Information, Advice and Guidance” to their clients and support for individual candidates.

The MATRIX award requires the holding company to formulate and produce information such as a company Self Assessment Report and includes a two day audit where candidates and clients are contacted and analysed to confirm the required support and guidance is offered and consistently given by Rob Thomson and the team at Construct HR.
All members of the team were interviewed as a part of the process, with ten candidates and ten clients also contacted.
Feedback in awarding the Matrix standard to Construct HR concluded that;
