Construct HR are now an approved Construction Awards Alliance (City & Guilds) NVQ Assessment Centre, and offer the following qualifications through On Site Assessment and Training:

NVQ Assessment Process
Our staff will visit NVQ candidates on site where:
- the evidence required is self generated
- the assessor can see the candidate on site doing their job
On the first visit ...
the candidate is inducted and their skills matched to the required NVQ. An action plan is then produced.
On subsequent visits ...
the candidate is observed and assessed doing various tasks, such as giving a tool-box talk, having a meeting etc. The assessor will then ask the candidate some role-based questions.
It is important that candidates are self motivated and collect evidence based on the agreed action plans. Each candidate will need to pass a touch screen health and safety test at a local driving test centre, either at Supervisor or Manager level to apply for their CSCS card after receipt of their NVQ Certificates.
