Who should attend
This course is aimed at those people who are working in formal teams, whether as team "gangers", supervisors or foremen. The qualification is equally suitable for members of self-managed teams.
Aim of course
At the end of the course delegates will be able to perform their duties in supervision as a First Line Management ILM accreditted candidate.
